SHIPPING & REFUNDS

We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes...
That's why we'd love to help you feel confident in your purchase! 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • On average, our processing time is 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days during peak times/holidays (please note: these estimates do not include Royal Mails shipping time).
  • All our products to the UK are shipped 1st Class with Royal Mail. Royal Mail take 1-3 days to deliver your item and all our boxes are clearly marked 'Cocowild'.
  • If you need your product by a certain date please reach out to us immediately upon checkout to see if your requested timeframe is feasible.
  • If you have made an error with your order (ex. incorrect Address) please let us know straight away so we can amend it, as once your order has been shipped/completed it is out of our hands. (Our boxes have a 'Return Address' sticker on them and we will notify you if your item returns to us.)

 

REFUNDS

  • In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify any issues.
  • If an item arrives broken or faulty, please take a photograph and contact us immediately.
  • We do not pay for returns/exchanges to be shipped back to us.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs returns and exchanges.
  • If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists you need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. If the item is faulty you must go back through the stockist from whom you bought the item, and they will issue you a resolve.
